Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Once an order has entered processing, a shipping label has been created, a custom product has entered production, or a digital product has been delivered, the order cannot be canceled.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect shipping address is provided, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the carrier becomes responsible for delivery.
